Yiannis has more than twenty years of working experience.
He started his career from the industrial sector and shortly after he joined multinational organizations in FMCG market such as S.C. Johnson, Misko-Barilla, Elais and Unilever Group. He holds a vast experience in commercial positions in Greece and Cyprus. Sales Management, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, New Business Development and Country Management consist some of the main business areas he has served.
Over the years, Yiannis worked for several national and international projects that drove transformation into the organizations. “Sales & Operations Planning” – S.C.Johnson; “Changing to Last” – Barilla; “Unilever One” – Unilever; and “Transform to Win” – S.C.Johnson, were some of the most successful and well known transformational projects in the global market.
His personal style derives from his deep belief that the only thing that creates uniqueness and identity in any business is the manner people connect with it.
Yiannis used to undertake responsibility for human development operations such as training, coaching and mentoring within the organizations he worked, in addition to his commercial duties.
In 1998 he activated the role of sales coach in S.C.Johnson, bringing know-how from abroad.
He has been awarded for outstanding performance in people management and development and lots of people he had coached, hold top level positions.
Today, as a Master Executive Coach, Yiannis quotes that by distinguishing skills vs behavioral needs we can really strengthen and engage people. Because connection, engagement and great accomplishments occur only when people change what they feel and not what they think, as most business people – incorrectly –believe.

She studied at the School of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
She has completed the four years post graduate program of “Specialization in Systemic Therapy” and is certified by the “Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations”.
Alexandra is a Certified Educator and Facilitator for Parents’ School by The Hellenic Parent Education Groups’ Association, member of the Greek Association of Counseling and member of the European Association of Counseling.

Alexandra has been privately serving in the realm of Counseling and Therapy since 2005.
In 2009 she started facilitating therapeutic and training groups addressed to experts. She also offers training on adults’ empowerment techniques and parents’ education.
In 2011, Alexandra co-founded inwards and created the therapeutic branch of SYSTEMIC THERAPY, where she cooperates with high caliber, diversified associates. She also holds a consulting role at “Advanced Coaching” branch on topics related to adults’ learning and changing derailing behaviors at the workplace.
Alexandra is considered to be an authentic person with inner structure, deep empathy and care for others. She combines the passion for change with the ability to connect and synchronize with others’ rhythm.

He has worked since 1987 in industrial and entrepreneurial sector, focusing on management systems and culture change in the organization, leadership development of managers and executives, synergy and productivity in team leadership.
He joined Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (1995-2000) and served Senior Management Development, Strategic Development and Performance Management in the Countries of the Group, and continued as Independent Senior Advisor to Coca-Cola Bottlers worldwide on Management Systems Implementation and Performance Management in Europe (12 countries), Asia (Armenia, India, Philippines), Africa (Nigeria), South America (Brazil) (2000-2012).
In his extended training, coaching and counseling work he developed more than 50 In-Company-Trainers, to guide transformation projects and people development programs.
